for BF moms - body wash/lotion

at the bf class we took at the hospital it was mentioned that its best to wash yourself with the same stuff you'll be using on the baby so your smell isn't overwhelming to the baby.

are you planning on doing this? have you done this?

or is it okay to use something mild smelling and or unscented but of a grown up brand?

I have never done this. I don't use anything on my breasts though, just water in the shower.
