I had my camera on counter all the way towards the back. DS threw his jacket on the counter over the camera and I guess the hood caught the camera and as he was dragging the jacket the camera fell.
I think I turned every shade of white because I had my 18-200mm VR lens which is $$. If the filter wasn't on there I would be crying still because I would have needed a new lens. Right now I just need a filter since it shattered and a lens cover I think.

So PLEASE make sure you have a filter. They are between $10-$30. I remember Nrthsrgrl recommending it and it always stuck.
