My in laws brought DS during regular visiting hours. I can't remember if there were special sibling hours.

Ok thanks! I just wanted to make sure they can come at anytime. My plan is to have DH bring them on the AM because we don't want any other visitors while my twins are there. This way it will leave the whole day for everyone else to come visit.
