For those who have/had a Graco SnugRide car seat...
Did you also buy the stroller frame and use that as your main stroller for the first few months? I guess my question is, if I get this, will I also need to buy a separate stroller?
Advice is appreciated!

One of my former coworkers gave us the snap and go for free. I didn't think i would use it because the got the travel system at my shower. Well needless to say I used the snap and go as my main stroller for over 5 months and the stroller from my travel system has been sitting in my laundry room unused for 2 years.

I used the snap & go with my graco carseat. I have the peg perego uno as my full stroller. I didnt get the true travel system bc I heard the stroller would be heavy and bulky.

I use the Snug Ride with my Snap and Go and have a Maclaren to use when he gets bigger.
I love the Snap and Go and am very happy with it - it's so easy, compact and light.

I only used my Snap & Go for the first 6 months.
I didn't even buy a regular stroller until after that.

I keep my snap and go in the car and use that out, but I use the stroller when we go for walks - so I've been using both. The snap and go is great though.

I used only the snugrider frame for 6 months...I just opened up the other stroller(perego si) I got and used it once or twice so far too(dd is 6 months now).

I used the Snap and Go for 5 months and I only use the big stroller now for heavy duty walks. To go shopping I use my Combi because it folds up super easy and it is so light.

There are different Snap & Go's. I know there is a Graco and a Baby Trend.
You should check to see which is compatible with your car seat.

Ours was part of a travel system, so it came with the stroller. We didn't get the Snap n Go this time but for the next DC we'll definitely be getting one!

I would get the snap and go hands down. I made the mistake of getting the travel system. I wish I just got the snap and go for DS. I have it for DD and really love it. Once your DC is old enough to be out of the infant seat I would take them to the store and find a stroller that works for both of you.

With DS is used my travel system all the time....everyday from the first day til I got my Maclaren (when DS was older and my original stroller had taken a beating). This time around I bought a snap and go, used from an LIF'er and its much easier. I will use that til DD is out of the carrier and or big enough to go in the stroller itself. So you can really do it either way.
