Graco ComfortSport Convertible Car Seat Recall- sorry I didn't see this was posted earlier

Today Graco recalled some of these car seats. I usually just post on the pregnancy board, but I thought this information might be helpful to the parents on this board. Here is a link to an article about it:

I am so annoyed by this! My model is on the list and I just spent over an hour taking the damn thing apart and reassembling it, which was a HUGE pain, only to see that the stupid thing was correct to begin with!

Better safe than sorry, yes, but I think they need to up their quality control. I just sent them an email!

I will have to check..I just bought 2 for my inlaws car.
But when he put it in, it will be forwrad facing...so its ok??
If it is going in facing foward...it is NOT considered being recalled??

Who do you get it inspected by??
