For Those With The Summer Infant To Toddler Bath

Hi,

My DD is 6 weeks. I use the sling now in the sink. What age/weight do you start using the sling in the tub and then put that tub in your bath?

My DD seems to hang off of the sling in the sink so just wondering..

Thanks

Not sure what you are asking... I use the sling in the tub and put the tub on our dining room table to give her a bath. My DD is 6 weeks old.

I stopped using the sling at 4 weeks with both my DD and DS. They liked it much better in the tub!!

I put the tub in the sink.

Same here....turne dout DS liek being in the water all the way!! 5 months & the tub is still in the sink.....easier IMO because no bending on our part to bathe him!

Re: For Those With The Summer Infant To Toddler Bath

We used the sling when we gave her sponge baths.

When she lost her cord at 4 weeks, we took off the sling and used the infant side at the sink. We still use the infant side at almost 6 months.

I don't plan on moving her to the tub any time soon. It's much easier on my back.

That's what I did with both my kids. I moved them to the tub when they were around 9 months.
