Re: For you BF'ing moms...weight loss question

By 2 weeks PP I lost all my pregnancy weight, and 2 weeks later I lost another 15! I BF twins though, so I am nursing a LOT!

Re: For you BF'ing moms...weight loss question

I definitely lost a lot of "weight" (numberwise) from BFing...but as for tone and getting back in shape....that took me about 9 months of hard work

I was back in my pre pregnancy clothes a little less than 4 weeks pp. But I still had a that extra belly skin to tone up. Now I weigh less than I did pre pregnancy, I definitely attribute it to BFing.

Re: For you BF'ing moms...weight loss question

By 3 months PP I was in all of my regular clothes. I don't weigh myself all that often, but I think I lost all of the weight by 4 months. My stomach still needs a little tightening to be how it was pre-pregnancy, but I think I am actually slightly smaller than I was before... my jeans feel bigger now. I EBF and I am 5 months PP

by about 4 weeks i was back to my pp weight, but since my milk supply isnt that great we're supplementing now and i haven't lost any more.
Still need alot of toning to do though.

Re: For you BF'ing moms...weight loss question

i am not as lucky as some of these other girls-- i thought bf would help me to lose the weight fast-- and at about 5.5 months pp, i still have 5lbs to go. i am trying to exercise when i can-- if not go on long walks, and watch what i eat-- but i still feel pretty yucky.

Re: For you BF'ing moms...weight loss question

9 weeks PP and I have about 5 pounds, a bit less, to go. Everytime a little comes off, it goes back on. So frustrating. However, the last two i just gained back could be because I am expecting AF any day now. For me the loss comes in spurts. I gained 35 pounds.

Also.. even when lose those 5.. my stomach looks awful.
