Formula questions from brand new mommy
When you use the Ready to Feed large container and pour it into bottles and then refrigerate it, what do you have to do before you can give it to the baby. How hot/cold does it have to be?

You don't have to do anything. I made my kid's bottles and gave them to both of them straight from the fridge. Some people warm them though.

Re: Formula questions from brand new mommy
We warm ours a little bit- usually just 20 sec in the microwave and then shake it to make sure there are no hot spots.

Re: Formula questions from brand new mommy
We just put it in a cup of warm water from the sink. Just to get the chill off. Sometimes cold milk can cause gas, depends on the baby.

I heat them, although as she's gotten older, she seems to not want them as hot.

I left the formula in the big bottle and poured it into bottles as I used it. I put it in a cup of hot water until it got to be room temperature.

We put it in hot water until the chill is off.....not warm, but more like room temp.
