Found a little friend in the pool just now . . .(pics added)
I was watching from far away what appeared to be a leaf but then realized it was swimming back and forth.
I walked over to find one of the most beautiful turtles. I never saw a brown and orange turtle before . . .
I love turtles

That is so cool!!!
My mom got these lily pads for the pool. It has saved a lot of chipmunks, that's for sure!

I LOVE him!!! I always loved box turtles - I used to call the ones I found in my yard as a kid my pets, and I'd leave food out for them. I even rescued a few red-eared sliders from Chinatown when I was younger!

I guess he came from the woods and decided to take a dip. He must of decided to just dive on in (the pool is in ground.)
