I try to put it all in perspective and remind myself that women have been going through this for thousands of years. If they can do it, I can do it! And I also remind myself that although it's going to svck at that moment in time--being in labor, but it's eventually going to end. And the beautiful reward at the end I'm sure makes it all worth while.

Your body is designed to do this!. Think of all the women who did it for millions of years with far less knowledge and technology than we have today.

To me labor felt like bad cramps. I have to say going through natural childbirth was one of the most empowering things I have ever done.

You will get through it and feel so kick azz when it is done!
