Freezing food
What are your best meals to make ahead of time and freeze to have later?

Freezing food
I love freezer meals! Currently starting a kitchen reno so I've been filling the freezer. Clear favorites are chicken chili, sausage lasagna, and taco meat. I also do pulled pork (freezes great I just feel like it takes effort to make it a meal), beef chili, meatloaf, chicken and rice soup. I also did a thai basil chicken and also tomato basil chicken stew which are currently frozen but we haven't tried yet. I think they'll reheat well though.

Re: Freezing food
I do most of what previous poster suggested. I also brown ground meat with some veggies - just defrost and add store bought sauce for super quick meat sauce.
I also do the chicken enchilada meat and then wrap the tortillas/top with cheese to bake during a weeknight.
Soups freeze really well too

Freezing food
Thanks for the ideas. In the past I've frozen cooked ground beef and cuban black beans, but not much else.
