French Onion Crockpot Pork Chops

This was incredible!

4 boneless pork chops, about 1" thick
2 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 packet French Onion soup mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Worestershire
1 tsp. dried parsely
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Egg noodles

Slice onions into rings and lay in bottom of crockpot. Lay pork chops on top, sprinkl w/salt and pepper. Whisk together mushroom soup, water, onion soup, worcestershire and parsely and Italian seasoning. Pour over pork chops. Set on low, about 6-8 hours.

When ready to serve, serve over cooked egg noodles.

OMG the deliciousness!!!!

I set it at 10am and ate it at 7pm. The gravy was thick but not too thick, the onions were caramelized and the porck chops were fork tender and juicy. I definitely think 6-8 hours is perfect, but due to my work schedule, it goes a little longer.

Yes it definitely would, but you might want to add more liquid and/or cut back on the cookin time so the chicken doesn't dry out Chat Icon

Just put everything in my crockpot... 6pm cant come soon enough! Chat Icon

ETA: YUMMY!!!! Only thing is that next time I am going to add a bit more water (1/2 or so more) because DH and I love our gravy and it needed a bit more "juice" for our noodles.
