I am sure AI's producers ran through the technicalities of the Frenchie episode as soon as they learned of Antonella's pictures. At this round of singing, all of the contestants have signed a release and perhaps even a sort of contract. if they knowlingly misrepresent themselves, they may be subject to dismissal from the show.
Keep in mind that there are people who purposely vote to keep Antonella on the show regardless of her talent (or lack thereof). Should she actually win because of this, I can see how some fancy studio work could turn her into an undeserving star.

Yes,and a bunch of the pics were proven not to be Antonella to boot. Although I am not a fan of Antonella & I can see where Frenchie is coming from, it is not exactly the same.

It would never be spoken or admitted to. Bottom line is the only reason why Antonella hasnt been voted off is because she is hot. Every heavy WOMAN on that show was voted off. Make a stink about that. The race card is too easy. IMO.
I completley agree.
I think there is a difference between being paid for photos vs. taking stupid photos yourself. But I think that if frenchie was "hotter", then things would have been different.
I also think the fact that Frenchie disclosed info about the pictures before the show also should be considered. So Fox didn't care about the photos until someone else found them

i HATE when people take an issue, and turn it into a Race issue. HATE it... and that automatically makes me lose any respect for the argument they may have had.
Honestly, i can't stand Antonella, i think she's trash... BUT.. she took slutty pics, just like every other teenage girl that has a myspace page... BUT.. she didnt get paid for them. Big difference. I'm sure there's a bunch of past and present contestants that have taken nude photos at some point in their life, but NOT as part of a business transaction.
To turn it into a racial thing though... absolutely ridiculous. 
I completely agree with this and would also like to add: Life isn't fair. The Idol producers can kick off anyone they want to for any reason; it's their show. Frenchie should get over it. If she has enough talent, she will be successful without American Idol.

I think the issue that makes it stick out so is that Frenchie was GOOD and Antoinella STINKS!
this part of the article really made me laugh - go Rupert for putting your own spin and definitions on words that mean the exact opposite!
