Fresh Breastmilk vs. Frozen Breastmilk
I have been exclusively pumping and have a pretty good stash of frozen breakstmilk that has accumulated - i really don't want it to go to waste - so i primarily give DD fresh milk and about 8 ounces of frozen a day just to rotate my frozen supply. DD is just about 2 months.
Is that bad? How good is frozen breastmilk? I know its fine for 3-4 months in the freezer but it is really equivilent to fresh milk? I just want to make sure DD is getting all of the good components that my milk has....

Fresh milk is better for her but frozen breastmilk is still great and is still better for her than formula. Keep on doing what you're doing. You're still doing a great thing for her.

Frozen minimally degrades but is still better than formula.
