I've done this and in a pinch ,about 15 min in the freezer and it's perfect!

I've done this and in a pinch ,about 15 min in the freezer and it's perfect!
In my co-op, I had a refrigerator (it was a European make) that actually had a timer on it so that you could chill wine in the freezer and set the timer so you wouldn't forget about it - that was the real reason for the timer. I loved that fridge! OK - add that to my 1st world problems - I need a better fridge! LOL

Wow that is cool- never saw that before.
I have set the kitchen timer on the stove for 15 minutes when I put wine or beer in the freezer because I forget EVERYTHING!

I loved that fridge - had the timer, an alarm so that if the door was left open too long it would let you know - all kinds of great little things that just made life a little easier (because I have so many other 1st world problems to deal with lol!)

Friday First World Problems:
I left a package of basil seeds on the table and it blew away. 3 weeks later, I have random basil plants growing all over my backyard.
