Friday night scrapbooking. Please RSVP so that I can reserve spots (April 4th)
Please let me know if you plan to attend. I have to call the store and make sure there is room for us!!!!!!
I thought I see if some LIFers want to get together for the Friday night crop at Your Happy Place in East Northport on April 4th. The crop runs from 6-11pm. It costs $15 and includes pizza, soda and use of some of their machines. Don't worry if you cannot get there right at 6. Even if you can come for 2-3 hours, it's worth it. FM me or post a reply if interested. They take reservations and I will call as the date gets closer. Remember, this is for April 4th.
Please do not move to crafts, as this is GTG related!!!! I posted there, too!!!

I love My Happy Place!!!! Unfortunately I am having DC in 17 days and am on bedrest so I can't make it. Maybe we can do it in the summer!

What is Your Happy Place and what is a crop?
I scrapbook, but I kinda do my own thing, so I guess I'm not familiar with these. But I'm interested!

Your Happy Place is a scrapbook store that has a separate room with tables for scrapbooking and scrapbook classes. A crop is just a GTG where people do scrapbooking together.
From the FMs, I think there will be 3 of us so far.

I would LOVE to do this but not sure if I can make it on the 4th because DH's busy season will still be going strong. Are there any other dates available?

They do it most Friday nights. I wasn't sure how many people would be interested so I just picked a date and figured we'd do it once then if there is more interest we can go every so often.

I just ordered all of Cadens prints from birth through now (some 150 of them) now I need to get started...
What do I need to start?

Yay!!! I am going to bookmark this and the first Friday night I have free I am going to FM you to see if you'll be there...but still hoping I can do the 4th!

Ok, I updated the original post with a list. Let me know if your info is accurate. I put a lot of people as "maybes" who might be planning on coming so let me know if you are no longer a maybe.

Girls - its a GREAT place.....you'll love it.
I don't scrapbook although I've been there a few times for random things I've made and they have great stuff. The owners are so nice and helpful.

Oh, I would love to. I'm doing a scrapbook for each DC... did I say book, well I'm up to month 5 and it's 1 1/2 books each!!
BUT, DC's first b-day party is the next day. here at the house, and I'm sure I'll be cleaning and prepping til the wee hours.
