I prefer traditional freezer top, frig bottom.
I dont like side by side b/c larger items have a hard time fitting in, such as a sheet cake, etc.

Me too. The new house we bought has a side by side and I know I am not going to like it. It will probably be for sale in the next year.

Top freezer bottom fridge. I grew up with a side by side and it's hard to find things, because you have to pile stuff in behind other stuff.

my MIL bought a new fridge last last year w/the freezer on the bottom (it pulls out like a drawer). I never thought I would like that but I have to say, it was very convenient since most ppl access the fridge a lot more than the freezer.
This is what I have and I love it! It's a SS French Door Fridge by GE Profile.

I have the freezer on the bottom and a regular door on top. Side by side SUCKS in my opinion. I had one and I couldn't fit ANYTHING semi large (or from Costco) in there. It was horrible!!!
I LOVE the freezer on the bottom!!! It pulls out like a drawer and you NEVER loose anything in "the back". LOVE it!!
This is what I have except it has a single door on top and it is wider with cabinet depth (comes to the edge of the counter). We framed it out with our cabinetry- built-in).

We have the freezer on the bottom. I wanted the one with french doors but, it wouldn't fit in the area we had for our fridge so I just have a single door one by Amana.
I love it because I use the fridge more often than the freezer.

I have the french door style, with the 2 doors refrigerator and the freezer on bottom!
LOVE IT!!
so much room in the refrigerator and nothing gets "stuck in the back"
We have this too and love it. So much room and it just looks awesome!

We have top freezer in our house (came with it), but all my life I had side by side. Never had a problem with it.
