Frosting Question
I am making cupcakes for my DDs birthday this weekend...what type/brand/recipe of frosting would you use to make a nice swirl on the top? I am doing kid friendly cupcakes with funfetti mix (since I love boxed mixes!) and vanilla frosting with fondant toppers. Thanks!

Any basic buttercream should work. Easy recipe:
2 sticks of unsalted butter
1 lb. of confectioners sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
2-6 tbsps of milk (until you reach the desired consistency)
Easy, delicious and great for piping!
