Frozen sperm question
My DH is on medicine for his male factor issues and we are waiting to see if it will help.
If it does work - the RE suggested freezing sperm so that if we want future children, my DH wont have to start back on all the meds again etc.
So how do you use frozen sperm? Can it be IUI or does it have to be IVF?
Thanks

It can be used for both.
They will cryo-freeze the sample and will thaw it out when needed.
It can be used for both IUI and IVF.

Re: Frozen sperm question
The coverage depends on your insurance company. The best thing to do is to contact the finance department of your fertility clinic. For my insurance (United Health Care), it's covered for my plan. If it was NOT covered by my plan, it'll cost $300 out of pocket. I hope this helps.
