Fudge brownie cookie recipe
I saved a post in my notebook for fudge brownie cookies a few months ago. I just tried to open the link, but it says I'm not invited to the blog the recipe was posted on. I know the recipe called for dark cocoa powder. Does anyone happen to have the actual recipe? I was hoping to make them with DD today.

Re: Fudge brownie cookie recipe
or was it this one?!?!
Thick and Fudgy Brownie Cookies
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened at room temperature 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 egg + 1 egg yolk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup special dark cocoa powder - regular can be substituted, but special dark is recommended to achieve a deep chocolate flavor 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 T. heavy cream - milk 2% or higher can be substituted, but it may create some slightly different results 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350º. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add in the egg and egg yolk, along with the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add half to the butter mixture. Pour in the 3 T. of cream, and mix until combined. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop approximately 2 T. of the dough on to the cookie sheet. Flatten to about 3/4 inch thickness. Leave 1-1/2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 9-11 minutes. The tops of the cookies should be puffy, rounded, and set. Let cool for a couple minutes on the pan before transferring off to cool completely. Makes approx. 2 dozen (24) cookies
