FYI Health Care workers (Swine Flu Vaccine related sorry)
A Judge who halted the mandatory vaccine... I know some people did not want to get it (myself included)

Thank you for posting this. This is great news. I did not want to get the H1N1 vaccine but I would have been forced to get one as a nurse in a hospital. I dont mind getting the regular flu shot but really didnt want this one.

I am actually being forced out of work because of this.. the hosp that i work as is not even giving the shot but the nasal vaccine... i was so happy to hear that maybe someone is listening up there

I am allergic to one of them... i do also know that two unions have filed a seperate lawsuit that is going through the courts as well.. hold out as long as you can because it is looking like there is going to be a reversal of the law.. if you have facebok there is a group that keeps you up to date on everything
