I can't wait! Short season's though only 8 episodes and then 7. I thought I heard something about a spinoff?

Nope! Only two of the episodes are longer than usual! I think one is an hour and ten minutes and one is an hour twenty. I might stalk this show a bit. 
I'm so excited!!! I've read all the books and I'm SO pissed at GRRM for letting the show get ahead of the books. I always like to read it first. There's nothing like the complete and total shock of reading it... like the red wedding or when Jon died.  I was bawling!
