Game of Thrones Season Finale - 6/15 SPOILERS
OMG. Great episode. They really set up for a great next season, too bad its sooooo far away!!!
I have a few questions. What ever happened to Robert Barrantheon's ******* son? Has he just escaped and we won't see him again?
Was Shea sleeping with Tywin the entire time? Or was it the ultimate "eff you" to Tyrion?
How is the Mountain not dead! I am wondering how he will "change"
I am so happy Bran finally made it to the tree- those skeletons were scary! I am wondering where that story goes.

Re: Game of Thrones Season Finale - 6/15 SPOILERS
I had trouble with the Hound and Brienne fight because I didn't know who I wanted to win. I love Brienne, but I really started to like the Hound, the way he took care of Arya this whole time and saved Sansa from being gang raped that time last season, I feel like deep down he had a heart. He could have done terrible things with Arya and he really took pretty good care of her.

I felt the same way. I kept thinking why Arya wouldn't just do as he requested. Does she really not have a heart, he took really good care of her.

I know I was really surprised, I was just like "WOW, this kid can really hold a grudge!!" Hound killed her friend but he, I think, made up for it.

Game of Thrones Season Finale - 6/15 SPOILERS
I'm THRILLED over Tyrian killing Tywin. That was just epic. I was split on Jaime - for starters, I was PISSED he gave in to Cersi, I just really feel like he's so much better than that now. On the flip, I was so happy to see that he facilitated Tyrian's escape. The whole Hound/Brienne fight, ugh, I was so torn. I couldn't believe what happened, and at the same time, I almost wasn't surprised to see Arya still so cold with him.
Now to John Snow - I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN RIGHT SINCE BEFORE THIS SEASON!!!! After seeing how the Red Witch stared him down during the funeral burning, I am 1000000% convinced that he is Robert Barathian's son and NOT Ned Starks. I've thought this since the end of last season, and I am convinced of it now.

There is even a better theory on Jon's parentage if you google.

I don't want to know!!! I'm afraid to google because I'll find spoilers from people who have read the books. I'm starting them this summer.

I thought that was just because she needed "kingsblood" or whatever for spells she casts, and whoever is right on the parentage theory, he's still 'royalty' of some sort

This site doesn't have spoilers of any future events in GOT but does discuss more past events in detail: http://whatculture.com/tv/game-of-thrones-7-clues-to-the-true-parentage-of-jon-snow.php#54PQ2QHOXc0LsDI0.99
Just so you know as far as the books, they've never revealed Jon's parentage. This theory is a fan theory.

That's what I understand, but I'm so afraid that I'll accidentally see something from the future when looking it up! I'm loving being surprised by the show, that's why I feel comfortable now going forward and reading the books... from what I've heard, I can read up to the 3rd book and be safe... though they are HUGE and I know I'll need a break between them.

They do mix up things a bit so I understand the reluctance. For example, the whole Reek thing happens much later in the books.

Game of Thrones Season Finale - 6/15 SPOILERS
I cried when The Hound was dying. He truly did love Arya like she was his own. I cried when he was trying to make her so angry that she would be enraged enough to kill him. I cried when Arya just doesn't have it in her to be this vengeful killer she do desperately wants to be. I was also upset when The Hound & Brienne were fighting. It was just so incredibly brutal!
I also cried when Tyrion discovered that Shay was sleeping with his father. This poor guy can't have one person on his side, I'm glad he finally snapped... Too bad he didn't go and seek out his sister to continue his killing spree. I loved the irony that Tywin was killed with the crossbow that was commissioned by Joffrey.
Now my question about Jon is, did she know Jon Snow was still alive? If Jon Snow is truly Ned Starks son, does that mean Stannis is now one step back in taking the iron throne? So.Many.Questions!

I don't think that Arya didn't kill him out of NOT being vengeful, I think it was vengeance - she wouldn't release him of his misery, I think that if she cared for him in any way shape or form and didn't hate him with every fiber of her being she would have ended his suffering. She has NO problem being a killer, she's done it before - this wasn't her not having it in her, this was her not wanting to ease his pain... she knew he was going to die regardless and wanted to make his suffering as long and difficult as possible.
I don't think that he loved her, but I think he respected her and was growing to appreciate her. I don't know if he was capable of love.

That's a good point about Arya! I really do think he loved her. He protected her from seeing the awful scene of her mother and brother being massacred at the Red Wedding when he knocked her out cold with the butt of his sword. He killed all those traveling Lannister knights or army, taught her how to somewhat survive on her own. Maybe he didn't know it, but I think he really cared for her.

If Jon is truly Ned's son (if ) than Stannis is the rightful king... You have to ask yourself though .... where did the rumors come from that Joffrey and Tommen were NOT the true airs to the thrown. Someone must have known something because Cersai and Jamie were tight lipped for a very, very long time. The rumors did not originate with the Lannestirs

Didnt Ned find out -- it was written in some large book in season one. My memory is blurry!

Jon Arryn (married to Lisa, Caitlyn's sister aka kook who was shoved through the moon door.) was investigating the possibility of Cersei's kids being bastards. His dying words were to Robert Baratheon, "The seed is strong."- meaning every one of Robert's kids looked like him with dark hair.
When Ned was investigating Jon's death (which was by his own wife), he found out that he had looked into the book called "The Lineages and Histories of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms" which listed what everyone looked like http://gameofthrones.wikia.com/wiki/The_Lineages_and_Histories_of_the_Great_Houses_of_the_Seven_Kingdoms

Here's a little something to consider then...
We didn't SEE him die, did we? We didn't SEE Syrio Forel (Arya's 'dancing' teacher from Braavos) die either.
I, for one, don't believe that they are dead. If I don't see it, it didn't necessarily happen.
I have faith.

That's a good point, but regarding the Hound, it's very improbable... his wounds were lethal, and he was alone... if he were in a city where he could be treated by a maester, then I think I would be more confident of his possible survival.

I think GreenFreak has read the series, not that the show follows the books to a T, she might have some inside scoop!
As for The Mountain, if they do bring him back to life, I have a feeling he will be even more evil and destructive than ever before!

YES!! Me too!! I was so anxious throughout that whole fight!
