GD test & Rhogam shot
Well I had both this afternoon - the GD test wasn't too bad...I had the fruit punch drink - tasted like Hawaiian Punch...but boy did I have horrible acid reflux after it. I can't imagine waiting around for the 3 hour test - so I really hope I passed the one hour. I also got my Rhogam shot - not so bad either, besides the stinging sensation as they inject the solution.
The worst part of my doctor's visit was learning that I gained...8 lbs! - in 3 weeks! I'm in week 28/29...I'd only gained 10 lbs so far - I was really taken aback by the amount I gained though since the last visit. The nurse said a lot of it could be water retention - which is certainly a possibility, because my ankles & feet have been very swollen lately.

The weight gain is probably mostly water...look at how hot and humid its been.
