Re: Gender Disappointment
I have a friend going through this. She has 2 girls and is PG. The tech said girl 2 was a boy but obviously the tech was wrong. This time the tech said boy and at the next sono they found out this tech was wrong too. She is really upset...or at least she was that day. She seems to be past it now and picked out a name for daughter # 3
I think that although you may be disappointed that you will get over it quickly

Re: Gender Disappointment
I wanted a girl so bad and I still would like to have a daughter. I didn't find out the gender and when Alex was born for a second I was a bit sad that he was a boy but only for that one second. I wouldn't trade my little monster man for anything. I love having a boy. Boys are so much fun. I think your feelings are perfectly natural.

Re: Gender Disappointment
I really want a boy. Everybody is telling me I am going to have a girl.
Regardless of my initial inclination to a boy, I know that having a beautiful healthy baby is my first priority.
I will welcome and love a little girl just as much as a boy. I am just getting myself ready mentally that it can go either way.
We will find soon what the sex is.
