GGRRR...Time Warner Vent
I just got off the phone with them because I need them to come and install cable in our new co-op.
They tell me that my address is not listed as a "cable equipped" building  or rather my unit isn't listed...the apartemnt next door is but not ours...
Riiight thats why the previous owners had cable lines running across the ceilings, into the closets and what not...What difference does it make that my unit isn't listed...I'm telling you there was cable in this apartment at one point and I'd like it back....
so now it is going to take them 2 weeks to add the address on their "cable equipped building" list or what not before they can even send someone to do the installation...which she said will take about 2 weeks to schedule...

I would call the co-op office and see if they can help you out with it.
or just call time warner back....I have often found you can get a totally different answer by talking to different people!
