She's a total idiot. I WISH I could have successfully breastfed my kids - way to go making moms who can't breastfeed feel inferior. We don't feel bad enough already Gisele. Maybe you should stick to shaking your stuff for the cameras and quit judging other moms.

I just spit out my metaphorical drink! I think breastfeeding is awesome, but I don't think it should be a law! Not started by a celebrity...ugh. She should get on the blower with Mel Gibson and exchange witty repartees.

If putting this in law, would give women 6 months maternity leave guaranteed, have unlimited support from LCs and free hospital grade pumps, pumping bras, and all the access to all the things that Ms. Bundchen does, then I might consider it could be a law. "MIGHT"
I just was not able to do it past 2m, I cried over it, evaluated my self worth a million times, was really depressed over it. I don't know what else could have helped me... maybe more education in the beginning, maybe... ???

seriously.. what a B!TCH. I got 11 days for crying out loud then I was zapped with radiation .. maybe I should have harmed my child and continued. Or died from blood pressure issues undiagnosed. I'm sure that would have helped my daughter..not SURViVING her first 6mo. Can't get milk from a dead cow. Then when the meds were provided I couldn't bf either.
Heaven forbid! Does that mean women should abort thier children instead of adoption since they won't want to be with the kid 6mo? Should we just go ahead and kill off children born with mother's who die in childbirth or in those first 6mo?
Formula Feeding isnt a crime, its not a measure of our value as mothers. Its not endangering our children. We aren't purposely harming our children. Its a means to an end.

Never liked her much, and this confirms my suspicion that she is an IDIOT.
Most people I know who did not breastfeed had damn good reasons for not doing it (including me), and it wasn't a decision easily made. No one needs extra guilt heaped on about this.

What an idiot! How about a better law - one that gives mothers longer paid maternity leave so that THEY can raise their children and NOT have SOMEONE ELSE raise their children all day?? To me that is a bit more important.
