Give me ideas on how to cook meat for DD
She's 9 months.
I tried just plain chicken and she WILL NOT eat it.
I tried trukey meatballs and it took some time, but she tolerates a few pieces of it.
How can I cook the chicken to give it some flavor?

Another good trick is to make mac n cheese and put pieces of chicken in there. Thats what he's going to eat tonight.

i actually make ds meatloaf all the time, a plain meatload, with different types of chop meat... i have made meat sauce and i have breaded my chicken as well....

i would make chicken soup. he loved it. he also became a big carrot/celery fan...i think due to the amount of soup he ate.

My DS is the same age - I make him chicken soup and he loves it. I just stew the chicken so it makes a natural broth with carrots and potatoes. Then I mash it up so it easier for him to eat and mix it with pastina. He loves it.

I mix the chicken with pears or apples and then freeze it. That gives it enough flavor for my boys to eat it.

I make chicken soup too... it's her favorite! I put chicken, carrots, parsnips, dill, and a bay leaf to flavor plain water. I have pureed it in the past, but for the next batch Im going to try cutting it all up into small pieces

Mine don't like it either, so I don't give it to them. They do really like chicken soup though. (with no chicken pieces - just broth with carrots and celery.. oh, and matzoh balls!)

ive cooked a lot of meals from the Cook Yourself Thin website (mosty for me) but the food is all amazing!!!
so fare ive tried:
- turkey meatloaf
- skinny spag and meatballs
- mac and cheese
DS loved all of it too..
chicken - i mostly marinate it italian dressing or something like that - he likes that... HATES red meat - we've tried everything.. oh well
