Re: Give me your best sleep tips
A few drops of Lavender Essential oil on DH's PJs or on the bedsheet.
Works like a charm

Re: Give me your best sleep tips
routine, routine, routine!!
Our ped swears by the 4 B's: Bath Bottle Book Bed
For us it has worked wonders, DD started sleeping through the night at 6 weeks.

Re: Give me your best sleep tips
I always found a bath before bed calmed them and made them more sleepy.
My kids were pretty good sleepers, and love to sleep, so I didn't really have any issues. When they were newborns and woke in the middle of the night, I would not say a word, and make it strictly business... diaper change, bottle, and back to bed.. no talking, no kissing, no hugs.
