Going to Disney who has been pregnant
I'm going to Disney and will be 9 and 10 weeks there nervous as hell but want to still make this a trio of a life time. I know through research so much I can't ride. What does one wear there in April. Assuming flip flops not my shoe of choice this time. Thanks in advance

Going to Disney who has been pregnant
I went to Disney when I was 5 months pregnant. Made sure I drank plenty of water. Wear whatever shoes you would have worn if you weren't pregnant. No difference if you are pregnant or not. At 9 weeks you will not be showing so wear whatever you would have worn if you were not pregnsnt

Re: Going to Disney who has been pregnant
I was just there at 18 weeks pregnant. Drink a lot of water. Take some breaks. And I recommend sneakers, but I'd say that to anyone going pregnant or not. Also you can ride pretty much everything, except the roller coasters. Have a great time!

I went at 16 weeks. My OB said no rides at all but there is still a lot to do without rides. The heat (and this was in October) and walking was a lot for me so we did short days. Drink tons of water and wear shoes that you find comfortable. I personally would try to avoid going again pregnant but it's doable if you already have the trip planned.

I went when I was 20 weeks. I ride everything at MK except the coasters. Those other rides are basically like riding the LIRR. I wore Sketches gowalk sneakers. They are very lightweight and comfy. I wouldn't recommend flip flops for Disney, pregnant or not.

Re: Going to Disney who has been pregnant
I went in mid-July and 4.5 months pregnant. I was fine. Just keep yourself hydrated. Regardless of pregnancy, wear comfortable shoes!
Technically you don't have to avoid rides until your belly protrudes from your pelvis (otherwise your pelvic bones protect everything), but I'm always over-cautious!
Also, move around a lot on the plane ride.

Going to Disney who has been pregnant
I just went this past November when I was 10 weeks. I rode anything I wanted except for roller coasters, Splash Mountain...basically anything with a large drop or too speedy I avoided. I wore sneakers, took breaks, drank lots of water and we rested when we needed to. Just be prepared - I was exhausted at the end of every day bc of the first trimester tiredness.
