she might be ok- just stay hopeful and encourage her when she makes statements like that.

thank you everyone SOOOO much for the prayes, hugs & encouraging words.
she has to go for another bone marrow transplant soon.
she seems to be doing relatively well... i mean, she is still able to work, so that is good.
although she does get sick constantly and so easily. obviously.
she takes chemo everyday through pill form.
they are doubling her dosage...
the PROBLEM is that she does not have insurance.... she has medicaid and they just canceled it on her. SO..... after this month, she has no medical care.

 No, life is not fair. My cousin died of leukemia in 4th grade DH's mom died of leukemia when he was a teenager and he cousin died of leukemia in 2003 exactly 1 week to the day of being diagnosed. What they all wanted was to be treated as normal as possible and to be surrounded by family & friends as often as time allowed.
Enjoy your time with her and be thankful for each moment
As for her medical care, there must be alternatives to medicaid? And why would they just cancel her medicaid?!?!?! Isn't that why she worked all these years and paid taxes.
