Got my BFP with Baby #2... when was your first doctor's appt?
I just got my BFP yesterday! 
I took Clomid this cycle and my doctor was monitoring my TTC, so I had an appointment for this coming Tuesday to see how things were going. When I told her I got a BFP, she said it was way too soon to come in if I'm pregnant. Shouldn't I go in for official bloodwork and pregnancy diagnosis? They're going to let the doc know and call me back, but I'm so bummed. I really wanted to go to the doctor ASAP to discuss things. I totally don't remember my first pregnancy and what to do at this point!
I'm already on 200mg of Progesterone, which he wrote me a prescription for to start taking as soon as I get a BFP since I took that for my first pregnancy.
When was your first doctor's appointment once you got your BFP?

Congrats!!
I was seeing a RE and wound up getting pregnant naturally. I had an appointment with them the day I got my BFP for something else, so I just kept that appt and they ran my blood. That was at 11DPO 3W5D. I have been back every week since then for blood and a sono at 5weeks. I have the heartbeat sono & blood on Monday, but I think that is protocol with a RE. With my first I just saw my regular OB and they didn't see me until I was 6 weeks.

I didn't go for my first appointment until 10w with #2 bc that was the earliest they could fit me in.

Congrats!
You could ask to come in for blood work to check hcg and progesterone levels and go back 48 hours later for a repeat beta to make sure your levels are rising correctly.
Other than that, first real appointment is 8 weeks or so for a sonogram when they can see and hear a heartbeat.
