AHHHHH...is it a big needle? Anywhere in the stomach? DO NOT feel bad that you couldnt do it yourself..My goodness, thats a scary thing, WE ALL would be nervous!!

I did it!
Darren is going to be so shocked when he comes home.
Diane and Lisa, you were right, it was very easy and painless!
I thought it would be worse to slowly put the needle in (wasn't sure if fast, hard and quick was the way to go) but I went at my own pace...it took me almost an hour to do it but I did it and I am so proud!

Good for you Deb!!! Do it however you have to do it!!!!
I've found that the best way is to pinch the skin and just kind of jab it in with one swift motion, inject, let go of skin and pull out.
So glad it didn't hurt!!!!! It's weird how you don't even feel it, right?

So glad it didn't hurt!!!!! It's weird how you don't even feel it, right?
It is, I kept loweing the needle to the skin, then I would chicken out, then I would lower it again and try to apply a bit of pressure.
All of a sudden I started to pull back up and realized the needle was in about quarter of the way so I just pushed it slowely back down and started pushing the plunger. I might have taken it out too fast though because a little drop popped out of my skin when I was done.
Not bad at all...I think I hurt myself more by pinching my skin so hard!
