Family of 3. We easily spend about $200-$250 a week. And supplement with BJs every other month or so ($300-$400). Grocery bills have gone up- we're home, so I'm making 3 meals a day and food has gotten more expensive in general. I try to but mostly organic. I am mostly plant based, but my husband and daughter eat meat. I do eat fish occasionally - which can be pricey. We are also dairy free. Accommodating the different diets is expensive (like i just don't eat cheese, but my daughter does and the dairy free ones are $$$). I eat tofu, which is cheap, but they won't eat it, so I'm making tofu and meat some nights- it's like a double cost dinner. I try to shop at different stores (Trader Joes, Shoprite, Stop & Shop, Food Bazaar) for things that are better priced. Trying to be more mindful lately, bc I do think we have tons of stuff in the house and sometimes food goes to waste.
I am dairy free as well and use miykos plant based cheeses. The cheddar and mozzarella are amazing.
My kids are dairy free and gluten free during months of seasonal allergies so finding alternatives has been an interesting task! I agree Miyokos is good! Their butter is not bad! Violife shredded mozzarella and smoked provolone is really good too.
We really like Violife cheeses too. Miyokos is good too. I just try to stay truly WFPB (whole food plant based) as much as possible- hence avoiding the alternative products.

Re: Grocery bills
Family of 5- we spend about $150 a week at the grocery store. We also use Gobble for 2-3 meals a week and that costs around $75-100. So worth it though!
We don't use costco much for food because it's far from our house, but we go every other month or so and spend $200-300. THough a lot of that is paper goods!
