Re: Grocery Tote Bags
My mom had bought some cloth ones from either Michael's or AC Moore. She always gets raves in the grocery store. I think I"m going to buy some myself. I keep the plastic bags mostly to use as garbage bags in my bathroom wastebaskets. I also give them to my students at the end of the year when they clean out their lockers and they wait till the last minute to bring their crap home

Re: Grocery Tote Bags
we bought tote bags!!
but i kept forgetting them b/c DH insisted on putting them in the pantry where i knew i would forget them.
so, after forgetting them two times i got angry and went with the way i wanted to do it from the beginning: keeping the totes in our trunk!

Re: Grocery Tote Bags
I use both but I use the free plastic ones for my garbage can.

Re: Grocery Tote Bags
Me!
I have two beach bags, two Wild by Nature bags, and a paper bag with handles that stays in the car so I never forget.
Whenever I can't avoid plastic bags, I have a bag holder at home to reuse them.
My King Kullen also has a plastic bag drop off bin at the exit, so I use that too, if I collect too many. But I always seem to find a use for them.
