Grr...Slomins

I signed with them in late December with an alarm acount.

I've gotten 3 oil deliveries since. Yep, every two weeks they fill my already close to full oil tank. At $2.95 a gallon, this is killing me. I don't need 120 gallons when I have a 275 gallon tank on a 60 degree day.

Perillo never did this.

So we have a mild winter and my oil bills have never been higher paying a lower rate per gallon.

I called and told them that a) stop filling every two weeks when it's 50 degrees out b) you will get you rmoney when you get your money because you have completely blown my budgeting.

Now I'm on will call with them. I never had this happen with Perillo, they filled when I needed it, not when they wanted to help their cash flow.

Susan, they do this to us also...although its every month...but they give us maybe 50-75 gallons. I too don't get why the tank has to be completely full...but DH says its for the best. With that being said I think we haven't gotten a bill over 250.

the tank doesn't have to be full. I won't let it go down below 1/4 though. that's when sludge can get into your system.

It's so annoying.

You can create an account at their website to manage your account. There you can see when your next estimated delivery is to get an idea when they are coming next.

They do deliver frequently in the winter months. Doesn't bother me because i'll be paying them one way or another.
