Re: Guacamole
4-5 avocados 1 small white onion 1 small tomato 3 pepperocinis tabasco sauce to taste salt and pepper to taste
chop up the white onion, tomato and pepperocinis and then using a fork, mash up the avocado. Mix it all together and salt, pepper and tobasco season to taste. Make sure to leave the pit in the bowl. It makes the guacamole last longer and prevents it from blackening.

Re: Guacamole
heres mine:
3 ripe avacodos 1 bunch scallions (or half a white onion) 1/2 package small cherry tomatoes 1 small can black pearl olives 1 small can jalepenos 2 teaspoons olive oil
mash the avacodos with a fork, chop up the scallions/onions. Add together in a bowl. Drain the black olives and jalepenos. Cut up half the tomatoes. Add all to a bowl and mix up.
It makes a nice chunky gaucamole.
Enjoy!
