So far so good...had a successful year at work...sold our co-op for a great price....watching my daughter grow to be a beautiful smart girl. Now if we can close out the year by finding a  it would be perfect!

Not as great as I thought it would be. I hope the 2nd half of 08 goes better. I now realize that I have to make it happen and can't wait for the good things to come to me.

The 2nd half of 2008 is turning out to be much more positive for me than the 1st half. I'm looking forward to (once again) home ownership, finalizing my divorce in the courts, being able to move forward in my relationship, etc. It's still early so anything can happen, but for once in a very very long time, I feel like I can actually look around and be happy/grateful. That sense of post traumatic stress disorder that was once my life is finally fading away.

2008 has had both good and bad.
The bad:
Grandma passed in February
New *&$(#&(&(* boss at work
Family issues 
The good:
Home remodeling
Getting life back in order
My brother and his family moving nearby
The best:
The birth of my son
My brother and SIL expecting their first baby

2007 was filled with struggles for close members of my family, the beginning of 2008 turned things around for them & that was amazing.
DH is doing better in his career than ever & is the happiest I've ever seen him about it.
I'm getting closer to my dream of running a consulting firm.
We decided to make it our mission to pay it forward, help friends & family in anyway we can & that has brought us closer as a couple.
Our children are growing up & this year is proving to be a challenge from a parenting point of view, but thank god they are healthy.
In the last few months we've had deaths & illness & injuries of loved ones and that has been very sad.
I'm looking forward to enjoying the summer which I feel like I haven't done yet & I'm optimistic the rest of 08 will be great.

Most of this year has been pretty stressful for me. Hopefully in the next few weeks it will all be over and the rest of the year will be great!

2008 has been great for me
Me and DH moved back into our house, we were out for over 10 months because of construction
I had my bridal shower, bachelorette party and got married!!!!
My birthday is coming up in 3 weeks as well
So far so good!

things are slowly getting back to normal for us
07 ended not so great with DH having major neck surgey
but after 7 months he is finally getting back to his pre- accident self
and we are really focused on moving to FL and buying our first house
the rest of 08- is pretty much about 09!

Its been getting much better- had a really rough, unexpected start. been spending the last few months focusing on life and some really deep issues, but overall its making me stronger and my relationships more fulfilling and I feel that in the end I'm going to be a better person because of what I'm going thru - so I think it's going to be a good year after all....
on a side note - can't believe we're halfway thru!!

2008 has been great with marrying DH and buying our dream home.
But, wedding planning and home remodeling has been an interesting part of our relationship 
I really can't complain, other than my exciting stuff, things have been quiet across both of our families. Exactly how I like it 
My hope for the rest of 2008 lies in the box of home pregnancy tests sitting in my medicine cabinet...
