I might go with my nephews & SIL. If not I will still dress her and bring her to see family.

We are, but we are taking him to my parent's building in Manhattan, so he won't be outside.

Re: Halloween for Babies under a year....
No trick or treating. We have a couple of parties to attend.
We will visit DH's office that day but considering they are 5 months old I'd feel silly ringing people's doorbells.

Re: Halloween for Babies under a year....
In my town they have it where you go to all the stores and they hand out candy. John will be 10 months so he wont need the candy but, I just want to bring him around and show him off. We will trick-or-treat at sosem peoples houses that we know.

Re: Halloween for Babies under a year....
Katherine's 1st Halloween, she wasn't even 2 months, so we didn't do anything--she had a Halloween stretchie, that's it.
Last year, she was 13 months and she was a pumpkin and we strolled around the neighborhood and visited the grandparents--no trick or treating.
This year, Katherine is 2 and Abby will be almost 6 months. They will both be dressed up and I'm going to try to "Trick or Treat," but we'll see how that goes! If she's not into it, I am totally NOT comfortable saying "Trick or Treat" at people's doors...

My DD2 will be 3-4 weeks old. We will be taking our 14 month old DD TOTing so the new baby will go too. Last year my DD was just shy of 3 months old and we just stayed home.

Megan was only 2 months old for Halloween. We dressed her up in the sweetpea costume, took pictures and just walked around the neighborhood with her. It was perfect.
