Has anyone had any success with a High Fiber diet?

Okay- So exactly one month from today I'll be in my favorite state- Nevada at my fav place on earth- Las Vegas. Excited as I may be to go, I'm not in the shape I want to be in because still, after over 8 months, I'm carrying 15 extra pounds of baby weight.

I decided that since theres no way on earth I can stick to an Atkins low-carb diet, I want to try a High Fiber diet.

I need to lose 15 pounds in one month. Is this possible? Has anyone had any success or advice?

I tried some high fiber oat bars the other day and they were so freakin good but I was gassing allllll day and night from all the fiber
