Has anyone painted their house recently?
Would you mind sharing the approximate square footage painted and the cost, if you hired a pro?

Currently painting entire house. I had gotten 6 quotes for about 2400 sq ft. Four of them were in the 7000 range, and 2 were in the 10,000 range. There is a lot of prep work involved in my case though. House hasn't been painted in over 25 years.

Currently painting my entire house, new walls for the most part, but everything ceilings, doors, trim all need to be done. We paid 6500
