have my 1st OB appt next week..

and i'm nervous, i'll be 7 weeks by then...i've been goin to my RE and i saw my jelly bean and flickering HB this week (6 wk)

i lost my other baby to a MC when I was 20wks, they think it was an IC, so they'll do a cerclage...anyone been thru this? and did you see a perinoligst as well?
