No and I will not eat out with people that are. I know someone who made a comment one time to a waiter that he was there to serve them and it really annoyed me. Give the guy a break, that attitude is so unenecessary.

No and for the same reason why I would never send back my food.
ETA...however, I've had obnoxious waitresses/waiters...but, I still wouldn't act obnoxious back!
