Have you? Just curious. We were trying to hold out until November, but I don't think I can!

We've turned it on but have really tried to not use it, but there have been some cold nights/mornings

Not yet. Holding out as long as we can. It hasn't been too cold at night so far, but the temps are supposed to drop later this week overnight into the 30's...

We heat our home with a pellet stove and no we haven't lit it at all yet.
It's been really warm for this time of year so far.

We have our thermostat set to the "heat" function and the temp set to 68. Its kicked in a couple of times so far

I have turned it on and then I have turned it off. It depends upon the hour of the day for me. If no one is home, it is off. If it randomly becomes warm, I turn it off. Just because it hit a certain temperature outside does not dictate when I turn it on or off. I turn it on dependent upon how it feels inside of my home.

Nope, and last year we made it until Thanksgiving!! We like it cool, and our house is small with lots of windows, so the sunlight shining in during the day really helps keep the chill out. We dress DD warmly for bed!

no i hate the heat. DH will try to push for it soon and i will fight back but we do have a DD so if its too cold i will put it on for her only now that we have 2 zones

Nope. Our house seems to be very well insulated, and aright now with a door open and no heat on it's still 73 degrees inside. I just thought about it this morning, but it would be nice to hold out until mid-November or so.

Just wanted to add...we have a little digital weather station that shows outside and inside temp
The past 3 days the outside temp was a full 20 degrees cooler than the inside temp! No joke.
52 outside, 72 inside.
No heat on.
Just a house that holds in the heat from midday all night!

We have a similar situation. We have a Nest so I can tell from looking at my phone what the temp inside the house is and what the temp is outside. We were away this weekend so on our way home, I checked to see if I needed to turn on the heat. The outside temp was 56 degrees and the house was 69 so we left it alone.

Not yet. I had my windows open today. I heard it's going to get much colder starting tomorrow, so I may need to turn it on soon. I used to hold out until December every year! But now with an infant, I'm going to need to keep it warmer here.

We have had it on. the nest is set to auto 75. some days it gets confused and either blasts AC or heat.

I have radiant heat set at 68. I have a lil baby too & like it.comfortable for her. Floors are warm..love it. I like to wear shorts & sweatshirt so my heat is on...toasty :)
