Having a hard time staying sane ...
Just got my 10th BFN. It's been 11 months (almost 12) since I began this journey. This month was my 3rd IUI, 2nd medicated. We are unexplained secondary infertility. There is NOTHING wrong with us. Yet, we can't make a baby. Though, we did once before. What gives? What are my husband's TENS AND TENS OF MILLIONS of sperm doing once they get inside of me? How much can one person take?

I'm sorry. I know it's frustrating. I'm right there with you. 1 1/2 into this with 3 cycles of Clomid, 2 medicated IUIs and all BFN!!!
It comforts me to know that other girls on this site with much longer journeys and serious complications have had the strength to keep going and get their BFP. We're bound to be next. Hang in there.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I was having the same issue, everything was on the normal side, but no luck...Turns out, after my 2nd RE did a water sono, only 8 months after my HSG, & found a polyp. Did a hysteroscopy and found no polyp, but tons of scar tissue which was one big barrier for implantation. Maybe talk to your doctor about a diagnostic hysteroscopy to rule out anything else.
Just a thought.

First off, .
No words of advice, just wanted to say you are not alone.
We are nearing 2 years, never had a BFP, on our 2nd RE, in the 2ww of our first medicated IUI, and i took a test this morning and BFN.
We are unexplained infertility as well, it is the most frustrating thing i have ever gone through. Vent away, we are here.

Thanks for the hugs and support. Sometimes it just feels good to get it out.

Have you had immune testing done? Sometimes drs don't test for that. I learned I had MTHFR and possibly an NK cell issue.
