Thanks so much for thinking of me! I saw the RE this morning and he spent a LONG time doing the u/s - I don't think he wanted a repeat of last week! The baby is measuring like it is supposed to be and there still is a heartbeat. However, the gestational sac is measuring small which may be a sign of concern (no big surprise because we already are concerned!). I am still waiting for my bloodwork - but they have not been normal for the last 2 weeks so I am not expecting much.
The doctor still did not seem optimistic and wants to see me again next Tuesday and then he will refer me to a high-risk ob-gyn. However, I already have an appointment with the high-risk ob-gyn for Thursday morning. I did not tell him I already have the appointment and kind of feel like I am cheating, but I don't really care!

I know you're not optimistic but I'm pretty optimistic about this update. Obviously be cautious, but I hope it works out alright

Final Update:
Thanks again for everyone's thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately, when we went to the high-risk ob-gyn, there was no more heartbeat. 
While I am still sad, I knew that this likely was going to happen (I also started to cramp and spot) and I feel a sense of relief that I can move on. I definitely had a little fighter in there, but it just was not meant to be.
I am having the D&C at my RE's office and they have bent over backwards to accomodate me (I suspect because of last week's debacle!) and will be having it tomorrow.
Thanks again and I really appreciate everyone's support I will be resting up and will be back to treatments in no time!

I know you are relieved but I was so hoping for a different update. I'm glad this has come to a final conclusion for you, and you GOT PREGNANT. Most important thing of all.
