Healthy breakfast ideas for a picky eater

OK, here are my issues lol:

-I skeeve eggs, cottage cheese and most
yogurt

- I only like oatmeal if I add sugar

- I don't eat fake sugar of any kind

- I am allergic to all nuts

So, what can I eat for breakfast that is healthy and will fill me up? Today I did shredded wheat and a cheese stick.

I need to detox from bagels and light and sweet coffee!Chat Icon

1/3 cup oatmeal
1 scoop protein powder.
and if you want add some PB or berries!
You will not need sugar if you enjoy the flavor of protein!

Love overnight oatmeal with a scoop of protein....also some chia seeds thrown in for omega fats.
-Kashi Go Lean cereal with almond milk (I do the unsweetened variety but you can use what works for you)
-blender skakes/smoothies....also with a scoop of protein thrown in....
-Ezekiel bread with a little avocado or hummus and some leftover grilled chicken (obviously works for lunch too)

Smoothie with fresh fruit---when it gets hotter I freeze my smoothies and eat them like italian ice.

i eat eggs for bfast every day

sometimes scrambled with cheese
sometimes on a bagel flat with cheese
sometimes hardboiled with granola on the side
egg white and spinach omlette

can't go wrong with eggs!

ETA: also eat a banana every morning

banana and a raw, vegan protein shake with a few supplements added in.

no nuts
no diary
no gluten

its quick, filling, and skeeve-free!

I usually eat healthy cereal with a ton of blueberries and banana added and a splash of skim milk.

Or PBJ on high fiber bread with some fruit. Or turkey on high fiber bread and some fruit.


I can only eat eggs with a ton of cheese and bacon in an omelet so not healthy at all!!
And I really don't like any dairy (but can tolerate yogurt if I put a ton on fruit in it).

I know you said you skeeve yogurt......BUT I love making a smoothie with 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (I make my own in the crock pot with skim milk) and 2 cups of frozen fruit (I defrost the fruit on the counter when I get up or overnight in the fridge.).

You barely know it's yogurt!

I like to get the double fiber or double protein bread. Toast it, smear a tiny bit butter and fresh fruit preserves. it really just needs little and it's delish and quick.

Protein crepe!

3/4 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup egg white
Splash of almondm ilk or water.

Mix it up and cook like you would a pancake. Then I top with PB2 and fresh berries. YUMMO!

Fruit smoothies! I use millk or almond milk, ice , a banana and whatever berries I have on hand, depending on how sweet the fruit is I will add just a touch of honey .

I love smoothies. I use frozen fruit,banana and a little coconut milk or almond milk. Sometimes I throw In some spinach for greens

1 c yogurt, 1/2 c milk (cow, soy, etc), 1/4 c peanut butter, 1 frozen banana (in chunks) in a blender, then fill it up the rest of the way with spinach and blend for a REALLY good smoothie.

quinoa and milk (hot) as sort of an oatmeal substitute. you can add a tiny bit of brown sugar (you don't need a lot), applesauce, berries, etc. or use vanilla soy milk if you want it sweet.
