Healthy Dinner (HELP)
I'm looking to lose a few pounds fast. What is a good idea for a filling, yet healthy (not fat free, but close...) dinner. No fish...

Re: Healthy Dinner (HELP)
I just made one tonight:
Grilled chicken over spinach topped with roasted red peppers and sprinkled with reduced fat mozz cheese.

Re: Healthy Dinner (HELP)
I love my veggies...
Get a big wok type pan, saute some green & yelllow zuchinni and mushrooms till brown/soft then throw in a can or two of italian seasoned stewed tomatoes and you have a beefy sauce (which is filling). You can then throw in raw chicken, shrimp and/or scallops & simmer until it is cooked and the sauce is the desired consistency (thick/thin depending on how much water you want to evap). Add salt/pepper to taste. You can even throw in lentils or the bean of your choice!! This is so easy and I love it sprinkled w/pecorino romano cheese.
