Healthy Eats 4/21
Breakfast: coffee, WW amaretto cheesecake yogurt and strawberries
Lunch: 3 cheese rigatoni lean cuisine
Snacks: celery with WW cream cheese, plum
Dinner: eating at my aunt's tonight so hopefully some grilled meat and veggies

Today is all about comfort food so hopefully I can keep the portions down YIKeS!
Breakfast: 90 calorie chewy granola bar and unsweetened green ginger tea
Lunch: Chinese food, probably soup
Dinner: Chicken and Dumpling soup
I am not going to lie, I didnt even work out yesterday - something about this weather made me curl up with my kindle and a big blanket!! I have to get some energy!

Breakfast; 1cup cheerios w/ff milk, some strawberries
Lunch; Vanilla 60cal. yogurt w/watermelon(goes SO good together btw!)
Dinner; Baked Chicken Sausage - i'm going to cook them up italtian style like sausage & peppers w/green beans & a big salad
snack; celery w/peanut butter

don't feel guilty - sometimes u just need a day like that! u're entitled to reward urself..especially on a rainy day

Breakfast: tea w/ 2% milk and 1 sugar as well as 80cal light and fit yogurt and 100 cal goldfish pretzels to dip in yogurt
Lunch: Taco Salad left over from last night (really only meat, lettuce and cheese haha
Dinner: class till late so probably make myself a turkey sandwich
snacks: grapes and maybe a 90cal Special K bar

Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs (no yolks), banana and mint tea
Snack: nuts
Lunch: salad and small piece of chicken left over from last night
Snack: Apples, carrots
Dinner: hmmm havent thought about this yet but maybe a veggie burger, no bun, and side of veggies
Workout: hopefully will run 4-5 miles if weather permits

1030 1 cup oatmeal
Lunch 1pm - Tomato basil wrap with grilled chicken & veggie soup (Health Valley)
Snack - grapes
Dinner - 5 oz steak with mushrooms & onions - steamed veggies 1 baked potato (small) no butter.
WORKOUT - SHRED SESSION!

Snack: Carrots
Dinner: Not sure yet. Will be in the hospital waiting for DH to get our of surgery so I will prob. get a sandwich from the cafe.
