My DD's heartrate fluctuated so depending on when they were looking at the heartrate it could be different - when babies move their heart accelerates so if you eat something sugary there will be more movement thus a higher heartrate. Also, the rate is faster in the beginning (1st trimester) and usually slows down a little by the third.

my boy has been 140-155 each time...and they saw he was a boy at 12 weeks!
